After 20+ years in various leadership positions I decided to “open source” my ideas and try to help my peers and fellow technologists.

Behind the Keyboard

Hi, I’m Bobby Tahir.

I help to scale fast growing tech companies. I’ve worked in software engineering, product management, executive management, consulting and private equity.

But I don’t run this newsletter & podcast alone! My friend Mishka McCowan helps me co-host, write and edit!

And both of us are self-proclaimed enthusiasts of all things 80’s, so you’ll probably see a few references :)
