I personally feel many doc driven AI tools for enterprises will not survive unless they pivot as stated. Orgs like mine are already leveraging built in enterprise AI wrapped around gpt like products using power automate to leverage enterprise knowledge, be it production incident tickets, confluence or product documentation.
